Very disappointing and unprofessional service from the delivery staff. When I ordered the flowers I made sure they saw it was a surprise for my friend who had started chemo on the day the arrangement was scheduled for delivery. I received a call from a woman demanding I call the recipient and "make sure" she was home so the flowers could be delivered. When I said I couldn't do that because I was work and these were suppose to be a surprise for her after such a grueling say, I heard a second woman in the background shout, "No way! I am not going out twice for only a $39 arrangement. NO." So truly unprofessional. I ended up having the flowers delivered to her son's business and having him deliver them to her. Needless to say, I will never order from this business again.
The flowers are beautiful.
